Only $580 a year for 1st family member, and $469 a year for 2nd family member, and only $392 for each additional child up to age 18.

Once you enroll in the plan, we take care of all the details for you. On the first day of your annual anniversary month, your Smile Plan will be automatically renewed without any hassle on your part. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you keep a credit card on file with us.
Our West Lake Smile Plan is designed to provide comprehensive dental care at an affordable cost, but it cannot be used in conjunction with any insurance benefits.
The West Lake Smile Plan is designed to cater to your oral health needs. However, please note that once you have purchased this plan, it is considered non-refundable. This means that in the unfortunate event that you wish not to renew your membership, we are unable to process a refund for any unused portion of the plan. To ensure a seamless cancellation process, we kindly request that you provide us with a 30-day notice prior to your anniversary date. This grace period allows us sufficient time to update our records accordingly and ensures effective management of your account.
If you choose to finance your treatment through one of our third-party financing options, such as Care Credit or our Auto payment plan, we regret to inform you that the 10% Courtesy is not applicable. While we understand the appeal and convenience of these financing options for managing the costs of your treatment, it's important to note that this particular discount is exclusively offered when full payment is made at the time of service.
